This magazine front cover presents Meghan Markle as a postive character as she is posing in a happy way and the way she is attracting males to get her magazine. This has connotations of how beautiful and flawless Meghan looks and how she looks confident. This challenges stereotypes as it focuses directly on men and how it attracts them with Meghan. The way Meghan is dressed is in a sexual way and the position she is posing in suggests that she is slim, which reinforces stereotype as she is showing that women are only attractive when they are slim. This supports stereotype as Meghan is engaging male gaze that they should have a women like her who is physically sexy. An example of how Meghan is reinforcing stereotype is the way she is showing her body figure which suggests she is naked to show off how slim and confident she is. An example of Male Gaze is the way this models shot has been taken close up over the models shoulder to show that she is flawless and naturally beautiful. This presents Meghan as a passive women which is encouraging male gaze to talk about Meghan's flaws. The text on this magazine front cover emphasises how Meghan is promoting fashion and how women can get ideas of fashion from Meghan. The font of the texts makes the image stand out more and it is in italics and bold stated. An example of Gerbner's Cultivation theory as this magazine front cover cultivates how women are modelling to get attention of men.
